    Rakesh needs to be fired or if he owns subway needs to take it away from him so rude amazingly rude the worst cx service ever I asked for more veggies the guy told me don't worry why would i worry ?? Seriously and so stingy man that's the exact reason nobody ever comes here and was empty I hope someone else takes over this subway don't go there all other 5 star reviews are fake from their friends what a waste I have already submitted an official complaint to subway corporate I will update but Rakesh dude slow down

    I had an absolutely terrible experience with this Subway location. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up, my drink was missing. When I called the store to simply ask about it, the employee named “Harnaaz” was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he became defensive and outright disrespectful over the phone. His tone was aggressive, and he spoke in a way that no customer should ever have to tolerate. All I wanted was a basic explanation or solution, but instead I was met with hostility and poor attitude. This is completely unacceptable customer service. If staff cannot handle simple customer concerns without resorting to rude or abusive behavior, they should not be in customer-facing roles. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone expecting even basic courtesy or professionalism.

    Terrible experience. I'm disappointed in the staff member making my sub. He was being stingy and didn't put enough cheese on my sub. The veggies very soggy and the bread did not taste fresh. Sincerely disappointed.

    The two ladies working were stingy with the serving sizes, rude and tried to scam us with not giving us the deal of the day price. They were visibly upset with us when we pointed out that they were trying to give us the regular price. The one making sandwiches gave me 3 pieces of spinach so I had to ask for more 2 times to which she added an extra 2 leaves per time I asked. The chicken wasn’t a full scoop by any means but based on their attitude towards us, had I asked for more they would have attempted to up charge us for double meat portion.

    i couldn't have had worse experience here i love my subway so i'm constantly nice when getting my food and i walk in and no greeting at all so i ignore it bc yes some people have bad days that's fine then i get to trying to pay and he refuses to take my payment and proceeds to take the sandwich all because there was a little tear in my 20$ bill and so i had to pay with card as i nicely and calmly asked why i can't pay with that and he gets all defensive saying he doesn't have to take that payment and proceeds to raise his voice for me and my wife to get out of the store, so after going to the car i go back in to get his name and we was trying to avoid giving me his name but finally gave in and then i asked to talk to his manager for he was being rude and unprofessional and he proceeded to tell me that he doesn't have to listen to me or do what i ask, and i got him to write down his name on a piece of paper and then he threw the paper onto the floor and i had to pick it up which was very rude and no reason for that at all, i told him i will talk to one of his managers that he was being rude and unfriendly at his work place, and he proceeded to tell me to "try and see what happens" i felt very threatened by this and was very unnecessarily aggressive towards me for no reason but me asking for a manager. for those who are wondering his name is harnnaz
