  Absolutely terrible service. The employee making my sub was rude from the start and clearly didn’t want to be there. She overloaded my sandwich with mustard, then walked away to grab a knife, laughing and chatting with a coworker in their native language. The second she came back, the attitude flipped right back to being miserable and unprofessional. I gave her a mouthful because it was that noticeable. If you hate your job that much, do everyone a favour and find something else. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with that.

  I had a really great experience at Subway thanks to two amazing employees, Yash and Harjot. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, welcoming, and professional. They handled everything with a positive attitude and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Yash was very attentive and quick, while Harjot kept the environment upbeat and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s not often you come across such great customer service, and they truly made my visit stand out. Big thanks to both of them for their hard work and kindness—Subway is lucky to have employees like Yash and Harjot!
