  Went and got the meal of the day and when I asked why it was higher than the 7.99 I was rudely told it was because the fountain machine was broken and I needed to get a bottle drink. but someone was sitting in the restaurant with a fountain drink. When I asked I got a the head shake and eye roll and was told that is how it is.it felt like a cash grab to compensate for the sale, very shady Your "sandwich artist" should learn to communicate better and have better customer service will not come back

  Terrible experience with online ordering from last one month. Server's slow and wait times are crazy long - waited up to an hour for pickup 😕. Would not recommend.

  Get Naimra a raise. She was alone for so long serving like 20 people plus online orders alone. And she is a trainee, you are understaffed but good job to her.

  We met simran at the subway Concordia and it was our first visit but the treatment was awesome. She greeted us like actual guests. God bless. Food was awesome as well.

  Super grossed out right now. I went in about 30 min ago to order a sub for lunch. As she’s putting cucumbers on the sandwich, I watch her pull out this long black hair from the lettuce and cukes already on the bun. She continued to put cukes on and asked if I wanted other veggies. I was flabbergasted and said I am not going to eat that. She was like, “I pulled the hair out, it’s not there anymore” and I’m like but it was in the sandwich touching everything. I can’t eat that now. She could not understand why I wouldn’t want to eat it. So I said no thanks and walked out. Do better. Super grossed out now and won’t ever go back there if they actually think that’s ok.
