  This is my neighborhood grocery store and I come here every other day. So lately the quality of customer service has gone down considerably. The staff just stands around while the line ups get longer. They could open another counter, but nope. And they never help bag the groceries, they just push it aside, and keep on going with the next customer, while I struggle to hurry up so my groceries don't get mixed up with next customes. Not a pleasant experience anymore😶

  2 people on customer service, no one in cash. I couldn’t use my number because the kiosks don’t allow you to type in a phone number and I didn’t have my card.

  I want to give a huge shout‑out to their employee Mojdeh at Save‑On‑Foods for her genuinely empathetic and heartfelt service! She went out of her way to help when my 6‑year‑old was upset, even making a chicken deli item on the spot to calm her down. That small act of kindness meant so much and showed how much she truly cares about customers. Mojdeh is a shining example of service from the heart — thank you for brightening our day!

  I don’t live in this area thank god since this area genuinely has some of the oddest people I have ever encountered but I have to come to Bridgwater occasionally and every single time I have been here and attempted to go to the Starbucks in Save-On the girl there says her famous words: “sorry I’m closed! Closing early!” Every single time. How every time I go there is she “closing early” why is she closing early so often? So bizarre. That was my main reason for reviewing but since I’m already here the prices are disgusting and the cashiers are barely functional.
