  my friend and i went to montanas for dinner and it was our first time going there. our server avril made us have the most amazing experience and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole time. she had fast service and was just friendly in general. i recommend her to everyone who comes by !!!

  We had such an amazing experience, all thanks to our server, Avril. She was so kind and attentive, and recommended the spinach dip and it was amazing. The overall experience was great, fast service and great food! Hope to come back soon and have Avril as our server:)

  It's a pretty nice place for eating or celebrating. Stuff is polite and friendly, even if they are busy, you always have their attention and all questions will solve immediately. There is so delicious food. If you like ribs, just take your family and friends and come to Montana's and you will have a great time here.

  Our waitress Deidre gave us excellent service and was very kind and helpful. had such a wonderful experience here, and a big part of that was thanks to the genuinely kind and thoughtful service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and patience that made me feel completely at ease. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only attentive but also sincerely cares about making your experience enjoyable.

  I’ve always loved the food here and used to visit about 2 - 3 times a month. However, I recently had a really disappointing experience when I brought my grandma for a meal. We were told the wait would be 15 minutes, which was totally fine, but we ended up waiting around 40 minutes while other guests who arrived after us were seated first. We only got a table after another customer spoke up on our behalf. By that point, the restaurant wasn’t even busy anymore. Once seated, it took about 30 minutes before our server asked for drinks. She dropped off water and left right as we said we were ready to order, saying she’d be right back, but we waited another 20 minutes before she returned. After ordering, the food took about 30 minutes, which I understand is normal, so that part didn’t bother me. Unfortunately, the service didn’t improve. We weren’t checked on at all during our meal, and the server only came back once our plates were empty. I still really enjoy the food here, and I’ve had great experiences in the past, especially with one particular waitress, but this visit made me realize how inconsistent the service can be.
