  On March 22 in the morning, approximately between 9:30 and 10:30 AM, I came here as an Uber Eats courier to pick up an order. The order was not ready when I arrived, and I ended up waiting about 15 extra minutes after already spending time driving to the restaurant. In total, this delivery cost me around 25 minutes of unpaid working time. The main issue is not just the delay itself, but the way it was handled. If a courier order is not ready and the wait will be more than 5 minutes, staff should clearly tell the courier that the delay may be 10–15 minutes or longer, so the courier can decide whether to keep waiting or cancel and continue working. That did not happen here. After I complained about the poor service and unnecessary delay, I later received a negative rating from the restaurant, which looks more like retaliation than a fair evaluation. Very poor service for delivery drivers.

  Ridiculous, place can never do anything right asking if I paid for it, yeah did you do it right? No like this place is just ridiculous. You need new workers. How do you mess up the whole order not one thing the whole order.

  What a disappointment the first day I went ordered 2 egg mcmuffin meals they gave me 1 egg mcmuffin meal and 1 sausage meal couldn't go back was at work so I figured let's see how many times they can screw up orders 2 days later went back ordered 2 dbl cheese burgers and fries through the drive through they asked me to park because they were making fresh patties she brought order out she goes back in before I leave I check in the bag they have Givin me a cheeseburger and fries I get out of my car and go in and tell them the reason I go through the drive through is so I don't have to go in give her the bag and the receipt and she I thought corrected the order leave and it's 2 cheeseburgers and fries which I ordered 2 dbl cheese burgers 2 days later go and order big Mac meal and 2 cheese burgers fries were half full and one cheeseburger had one pickle on it and the other was plain and the patties were black on one side and they looked like they had been sitting for a long time what do they say 3 strikes your out fast food restaurants are such a disappointment wanted to give no stars but it wouldn't let me post without giving a star
