There are no refills!" My answer was, "Okay." They continued, "No!" and before they could go on, I said it more firmly, "Okay!" (Like, I get it, but don't.) $4.59 for a large drink and no refills? I will go elsewhere from now on. Plus, don't call me "Sir" and then treat me like a ten year old. Regarding the atmosphere? You'll see all of Winnipeg's social needs if you sit long enough.
