  Went through the drive thru to get food for me and my coworkers and the lady at the drive thru rushed me through, I asked for a McDouble meal, there were no fries, I asked for sweet and sour to go with the nuggets, the sweet and sour went on the McDoubles. I didn’t get to doublecheck my order before continuing to the window. Ended up overpaying because the McDouble meal was swapped with a Mac double and a drink. Not impressed

  Frequently eat here, about a 30 percent chance my order is wrong, usually takes longer than it should, and as of today, they aren't checking pop syrup clearly since my 2 sprites were carbonated water. Been going here for years and it's only getting worse slowly but surely. I really don't recommend it overall. Just grab a pizza across the street that you know is pretty hard to mess up.

  Everytime I go here they always seem to mess up. Waited 20 minutes for an order just for it to be burnt.

  I don't know if there's a language gap at this location with your guys' staff or if the level of incompetence is just out of this world.But I shouldn't have to explain your menu to your staff repeatedly in one order. I asked for 5 separate items. I had to repeat myself several times to get them to understand what I was asking for. Once they did understand they told me they were either out of the product or in the case of the ice cream machine.It was broken.

  I went to Main/Mountain location for McDonald's on my way to grab the sandwiches but the food wasn't fresh or even warm in any way and was soggy. I also asked them to add some extra lettuce and sauce to my sandwich and result of this was: the sauce was half on the sandwich and half outside in the box and the lettuce was more on the sides of the sandwich outside in the box and less in the sandwich. I don't understand why the sandwiches can't be held in a neat way! The order was to-go and because of amazing services there were no napkins in the bag to handle the mess!
