  ABSOLUTE BS. I tell you my food doesnt taste good just because “you” made it doesn’t make it amazing. Spent $30 to get told I get get a free fry get out of here. Been having issues like this where they won’t refund you when THEY mess your order up. Half my food didnt even arrive!!!

  Every time I go through the drivethru at McDonald’s, I’m usually greeted by Madeline, and I just had to say something because she genuinely makes the experience so much better. No matter what time I show up, she’s always super friendly and welcoming, it never feels forced or scripted and you can tell she actually enjoys talking to people and cares about how customers feel. Even if it’s busy she still takes the time to be kind and patient, which honestly isn’t something you see everywhere. It really sticks with you. A quick stop for food turns into a positive interaction, and that’s a big part of why I keep coming back. She just has that kind of energy that makes people want to return. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if she’s a big reason this location does so well 😂 employees like her make a huge difference. I really hope management recognizes her, because she deserves the praise.

  I placed an order at the drive-thru today, and when I picked it up, there was this rude girl. She didn't say thank you or anything else, just kept quiet and handed it to me.

  By far my favorite McDonald's in the city. Food is always hot, and correct.

  Ordered & paid 3 bacon and egg mcmuffins, only received 2. Clerk did not proivde a receipt when I paid and would not show me the receipt.
