  Worst customer service experience. I ordered 4 ice creams at the drive-thru and was told to move forward, but at the window they denied taking my order. The night manager was rude, refused to help, and angrily shut the window on us. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

  Every time I order from this location they get the order wrong. It does not matter if its drive thru, mobile, or in store. No matter the time of day they never fail to screw up every single order I have made there. I would give this location 0 stars across the board if I could.

  They always rushing there and not properly taking order when you go there they never get there order right I try to ask the managers name she said she can’t give out her name and then I said weren’t you supposed to have a name tag then she said no we don’t wear it I think new comers is making it bad to order everywhere there used to be highschool students working or real Canadian born hard workers there is a lot of Complaints on this establishment McDonald’s so keep on complaining
