  Normally it's decent but service could be better, I mean I ordered a burger and they gave me one with top bun shredded. Like how could you not notice what bun you literally put on the top of burger, literally last thing you need to assemble a burger. AND think it's ok to serve a customer this way. I was fortunate to caught this inside the restaurant, if I ordered it take out. I would not notice it until I made it to home. Also bring back the damn refillable drink station.

  Placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up 10 mins later (after I had received a notification that it was ready), was told I had to wait. That’s unacceptable. I could have had quicker service, had I not placed the mobile order at all.

  had to order at this location because the place on nairn is temporarily closed. i order very particularly every time so i know when it’s not done properly.. i order extra everything on my burgers. two of them had no pickles at all, like a pinch of onions. and there was hardly ketchup or mustard on any of them. i know it’s mcdonald’s but really? why even have the option to request, put it on my receipt, just to not do it? fries weren’t even filled up, and even tho i ordered ketchup, they just didn’t give me any.

  Pre ordered to pick up through drive thru. When I arrived I realized that I made an error with my order and explained. The girl in the drive thru told me to my face that she spoke to the manager and they would accommodate my order. She gave me my order and I took her word for it so didn’t bother to look in the bag. When I got home I found that my order had not been “fixed” as I was told it was. The drive thru person lied to my face!🤥

  worst experience ever at this mcdonalds i come around daily at late night time around 2-3am and this manager she is very rude almost every time they say that we wont be able to take order as “they are not serving at this time “ or sometimes she just says okay okay while taking order and thats really very rude and today i went and waited at drive thru for 5 minutes that somebody will take my order i said hi even three times no one answered
