  I visited around 8 PM and ordered large fries through the drive‑thru. The staff told us they were making fresh fries, but after waiting about five minutes, we were handed soggy, low‑quality fries that were clearly not fresh. It felt like a complete waste of money and honestly ruined our evening. What should have been a simple treat turned into an argument because of the poor service. Is it really that difficult to serve fresh fries when customers are paying for them? It’s disappointing and unacceptable. Fries that should be thrown out are being given to customers instead. I was considering asking for a refund, but even that wouldn’t fix the experience. This was genuinely terrible customer service, and I hope the team takes this seriously.

  Oh hell nah, food is okay but i dont know what’s tooking them SO LONG. We’ve been in the line for 10 minutes for a BURGER. It’s hella annoying, there’s so many staffs but they’re slow as hell. Slow serving as it’s finest. If youre in a rush dont even go here. Even the drive thru is slow.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. The food quality is very poor. The staff’s reasoning was that they were closing, which is why they gave me a terrible hot fudge sundae. It wasn’t even half full, had only a few drops of chocolate syrup, and the ice cream was melting. When I asked for a refund, a lady who appeared to be the manager or supervisor, spoke to me and blamed me saying that they were closing. I am paying the same amount regardless of whether the store is closing or not. The fries also tasted bad, like they were cooked in old oil. Very poor service and poor food quality. Will not recommend this store!
