    Ordered from this McDonald’s twice this past week through ubereats and both times have been a terrible experience. First time they forgot a whole meal in my order. Just tonight, they gave me a large fries instead of my poutine that I paid extra for, gave me a 7up instead of the vanilla chai frappe that I also paid extra for. The nuggets I got are also old. They also have forgotten my side of gravy that I also paid extra for. Lol. Brought it up with ubereats and only got a $2 refund. What a joke. I hate complaining cause I also work in food service but what is this man..

    Yes, it's just McDonald's food so it's quality is as expected. The high rating is for the calm and kind atmosphere the staff created. Their service was exceptional and I noticed this for both my family and for other's in the restaurant. Well done!

    had a very frustrating experience today. I was already running late for work, so I quickly placed my order, paid, and expected to grab my food right away. Only after paying, I was told there would be a 2-minute wait. Why was this not communicated before taking my order and payment? If I had known, I would have made a different decision. It’s very disappointing when a place doesn’t respect customers’ time, especially during busy mornings. On top of that, the general manager (a woman working there) was extremely unprofessional and not helpful at all. Instead of handling the situation properly, her attitude made the experience even worse. Poor communication and poor management. Definitely not a good experience.

    This store has become the poster child for the enshitification of McDonald's. Wait times are exceptionally long, for mediocre at best food. And the number of times I have tried to order something and been told, "sorry, we ran out of X" makes me wonder if headquarters is supplying this location with less inventory because of the poor quality of service. They've removed half the play place and more than half of the seating in the area to reduce the amount of time people spend in the store. It's no longer a fun place to go. Not worth the trip.
