  If you want stale, semi cold, hard breakfast food to begin your day then this is the place for you!!! Attempted breakfast here several times over the past few months and I will admit they sure are consistent with bland, hard food that's been sitting under heat lamps for hours. Kudos team! Only people giving this place more than 2 stars is staff and their friends. Hilarious.

  We rarely go in to eat at a fast food restaurant so I don't know if this is the standard now or what but this restaurant is filthy. The walls, bathroom doors, handles, and even a wall behind the checkout was dripping something. I'm not talking about regular "it's melting outside" floor dirt, I mean no cleaning whatsoever.

  During my visit, I noticed that employees were handling food without proper hand hygiene. One worker was touching a mobile phone and then immediately handling fries with bare hands. Another employee was working at the cash register and then, without washing hands, handled an ice cream cone. I understand that wearing gloves is not always required, but proper handwashing after touching phones, money, or other surfaces is essential for food safety. This situation was very concerning and made me uncomfortable about food safety standards at this location. I hope this issue will be addressed and staff will be reminded to follow proper hygiene practices. Thank you for your attention to this matter

  After ordering an espresso and doing a pretty long line in the drive thru, i find out the espresso machine isn’t working, the guy at the window did apologize respectfully, though honestly it was still disappointing to me that i came 10min away only for that espresso and doing extra 5min wait-line and couldn’t have it at the end. Thumbs up to the employee for his kind and professional sense, thumbs down to the “espresso machine” if you know what i mean.
