  Idk about the ordering when you come in you see 3 screen where you can order. When me and my son opened it I was so confused 😕.

  Had to order my food from a robot. Why is the large fry bigger than the mega fry, makes no sense. The drinks come in Oz we live in Canada I know MLs. The benches make my butt fall asleep because they are so uncomfortable. Food was average. I’m calling the Colonel and taking my complaint to the top. Go to KFC/Taco Bell it’s way better.

  Was asked for my order 3 times in drive thru. Ended yup waiting about 15 minutes for it. Stale fries and chicken portions seem off? Not great

  Awesome customer service The went above and beyond to help me navigate the ordering system. It wasn't easy trying to do it myself.

  We order two KFC boxes but forgot to get gravey. When I asked afterwards, our server gave us each an individual one free. Great service from great people!!!
