  Walked in, went near register to look at menu, waited forever because apparently they only do kiosk orders now, many people watched no one said anything, terrible service, prices ridiculously high for below average food, stopped for a quick lunch or would of left.

  Went to the drive through and was told to comeback at 1205 in the morning as they are resetting system. Went back 1206 and was told to come back after 15 minutes. Would be nice if they have given a more approximate time so I would have not stayed.

  I just visited the drive through to pickup lunch. Ordered a 2 piece chicken combo which included 2 pieces of chicken, small fries (barely enough to call it an order) a drink and added gravy $18- are you kidding!!!!!! From what I saw on the menu this should have included popcorn chicken. The value at KFC has poorly declined over the years. $18 for a meal that wouldn't even fill up a child.

  URGENT KFC ! I was here for a late lunch and food came out acceptable. My concern is the lack attention to the store and customers. After I received my food, I turned around and looking for a table to sit down, I was surprised how dirty and unprofessional and unmanaged this location is. Bits of food on almost every table. Sticky and non wiped tables all over. There was a big mess across 2 tables and drinks spilled all over the place. Straw wrappers on floors and pieces of fries on the other side of the restaurant. Beside the drink station the garbage is stacked high. I also want to add that when I entered,including me there was only 2 customers. I sat down for 30mins then left and still nobody came out to checkup the restaurant. This location used to be the most efficient and busiest location on Pembina. Now it's clearly a disappointment. I'm surprised by the 1 star comments and no KFC management replied to any messages.

  Paid online for an order. Got to store 2079 pembina they said my order wasnt received. Showed receipt. And bank account . Handed manager lady my phone so she could see. She still couldnt give me my order. Told me I had to reorder and said if my money doesnt show up back in my account to come the next day and she will give me a refund. So I paid cash and reordered my food. Came back next day at lunch time. Manager said to come back at 4 when other lady is working so I had to come back and they still couldnt give me my money back told me I had to wait 4 days. And I asked so I can I have a refund for my food from what i paid cash for and she said no ma'am you got the food. But yes I did but you wasted my time and gas and for inconvenience. Tried to state I wanted my money back. Told me to wait 4 days. Never coming here again and complaining to hire ups if that possible.
