  Horrible service!!! Like for real. This old white lady always assume that i am a uber driver but i am a regular customer here. She didn’t even ask me. And they give napkinss , always have to ask for it .

  Went there on April 18th in the evening ordered a zinger sandwich and they gave me. Big Crunch instead They always do this because they don’t want to make the zinger I always go there so I know the difference between the chicken, I will never go back to the regent location, if the staff don’t want to do their job why work there.

  Not food, but some kind of filth. It is impossible to eat it. The order is not fully stocked. I will never order here again and I do not advise anyone. Wasted money. If I could put (-10 stars, I would do so.

  Ordered their BOGO special at KFC at 1651 Regent (through Skip the Dishes) which was wings, fries, chicken burger and a drink. The drink and fries were good. The wings were dry and tough. Could barely rip meat away from bone. The burger buns were very dark on top and extremely dry all the way through...the bun actually crunched when you bit into it. (No I did not ask for it toasted but even if I had it should NEVER have been like this) The chicken sandwich meat was tough and very dry. Absolutely the worst meal I've had at a KFC in all my many years of ordering from this franchise. I wanted to treat myself and instead got a meal I couldn't eat and wasted money. I will NEVER deal with that outlet again.

  The quality of chicken here is inconsistent. It's either dry, soggy, or has the thinnest breading with possibly one of the two combined with that. Every now and then, you will get perfect chicken quality, but it's rare. A few days ago, I ordered gravy and it came cold, chunky and almost gray that you might as well call it grayvy. They also took over 2 minutes to answer me at the drive thru + a 15 minute wait for the chicken to cook just for it to be dry with hard to chew meat and skin as if it was reheated rather than cooked freshly. Please retrain everyone who cooks the chicken and makes the gravy.
