  My experiences at this KFC branch have been consistently disappointing. The fries are frequently served cold, especially through the drive-thru, which raises concerns about overall food quality. Basic items like napkins are also often missing unless specifically requested, which should not be the standard. Customer service could benefit from improvement as well. In a diverse community, communication should remain courteous and professional. Responses like “huh?” can come across as dismissive; a more polite and respectful approach would make a significant difference. I hope to see meaningful improvements in both service and quality moving forward.

  i come here often for the delicious chicken and the workers are very nice. the counter had good customer service, i will come back again! my favorite location for kfc

  The design of the establishment is very nice but….. The manager needs to be more careful in selecting staff who will perform their duties well. When it was absolutely not busy, the girl walked past very dirty tables. But everything was dirty, the doors, the order counter, the self-service screen, the tables. It's scary to think what's in the kitchen itself. Such careless employees spoil the brand's image
