  The only thing I've noticed, is that sometimes the fries are seasoned and sometimes, they're not.

  I am very disappointed with the service I received at KFC, specifically due to the behaviour of an employee named Harpreet. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional, and she showed a clear lack of basic customer service manners. The way she spoke was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect. This experience was frustrating and left a very negative impression. Staff behavior like this reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I strongly urge management to address this issue seriously and ensure proper training and accountability, so other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.

  Our experience is that if it is KFC/Taco Bell, then there just better food. And for more selection. If KFC only, we find the food to greasy. We had that experience before on a different KFC and again here. No more KFC for us.

  Called to place an order but was told that it was on online promotion only. Went to other store ahead of time with my cousin but we we're helped in-store. Food was not fresh. Cleanliness was okay. Mngr on duty was attentive for the wait. I miss to take actual photo.
