  I would like to commend the staff at this branch, they are so hospitable and kids especially the woman named Mel. The place is so clean and nice to eat. Great food too. 10/10🙂

  We placed an order and were told right away that the crispy option wasn’t available, so it would be the original recipe instead. That was fine, we agreed. Then we waited over 30 minutes with no update. It turned out our order had been prepared but left somewhere in the back and never brought to the counter. When we finally checked it, six chicken drumsticks were missing. They added them, but once we got home, we realized they weren’t drumsticks at all - they were chicken thighs. Terrible service.

  Me and my boyfriend waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes. It was past 1am when we got there and the lineup was packed. Boyfriend had already made a online order, but by the time we were finally at the window, they didn't have his order. They asked him twice whether his order was of two different names, he told them no both times, and what the name of his order was. We waited another 15 minutes, but when they finally gave us the food, it was still the wrong order. Luckily for him, it was better than the one he had ordered, so we said screw it and left with the wrong order. Food was to be expected. Barely lukewarm. We saw two people working in the back, but there seemed to be zero brain power between the both of them. Incredible.

  Sat at the drive thru speaker for over 5 minutes with 0 service and only one car in front of me. Judging by the reviews the last week, this place has taken a dive.

  Im not sure why this kfc has gone downhill. It use to be really good the owners were there for years, i hope they don't still own it because they going to lose customers. Today, I ordered popcorn poutine, I got cold gravy no cheese and 4 popcorn chicken. Its all fries and cold gravy and I got it at 140pm. Not going back there again!!
