  Had a disappointing experience at KFC. Ordered a double slider combo and asked for popcorn chicken in one and fries in the other, but got fries in both. Staff refused to fix it and seemed inattentive. Service needs improvement.

  I ordered a Deluxe Crunch Chicken sandwich meal, but they gave me a cheaper lunch-menu sandwich with a smaller patty. When I went back and asked, they insisted that it was the Deluxe Crunch. I just gave up and bought something else, but honestly this really pissed me off.

  I generally have modest expectations for food court dining, but my recent experience at the KFC in the Outlet Collection was profoundly disappointing. From the outset, the service was subpar. The staff appeared disinterested and were notably unfriendly, making the simple act of ordering feel like an inconvenience to them. There was no greeting or basic courtesy, which sets a poor tone for the entire transaction. The quality of the food was equally regressive. I ordered the Big Crunch, but the chicken was noticeably stale and lacked the freshness one expects from a signature sandwich. However, the most egregious part of the meal was the large poutine. Upon opening the container, it was immediately apparent that the portion of fries was severely lacking. It was, for all intents and purposes, a small portion masquerading as a large. Paying a premium for a large side and receiving what amounts to a snack-sized portion is unacceptable. Between the poor service and the low-quality food, I will not be returning to this location. I strongly advise others to explore the many other options available in the food court instead.

  We ordered two large poutines and two Big Crunch sandwiches. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty — definitely enough for two people. The lady at the front counter was friendly and communicated well, which made the experience even better. We paid almost $45, and overall, it was worth it.

  I bought a large chicken popcorn and after eating a few pieces realized it was extremely oily. I went back and told the staff, but they didn’t take it seriously and just said no one else complained and “it is what it is.” That response honestly ruined my mood. Later they offered me a small popcorn, but the attitude was uncomfortable and unfriendly. The food issue was one thing, but the way it was handled made the experience worse.
