  Hope and the whole team were just fantastic. Some of the best customer service we had and made us go back the next night. Burgers are amazing too. Tried the A1 steakhouse and the Cajun w the tater tots. Highly recommend the sauce on the side for dipping. Oreo cookie milkshake was my favorite and the strawberry was good too. Overall great experience w the right portions that left us full but satisfyingly full.

  Amazing burgers 🍔 and fries. All four 4️⃣ of us were so glad we came here instead of McD’s! The only disappointment was the Milkshakes… they had an off taste that was a sour taste. They even graciously made a brand new one & checked the expiry dates of the products used. However I couldn’t enjoy the 2nd one either - didn’t finish it - actually left 3/4 of it. Perhaps the cream/milk or icecream used is creating this yucky 🤢 taste-not sure as I have had shakes here before that were excellent. A tad bit hesitant to try the shakes again… The restaurant is nice - very clean and the staff were also exceptional. Great place to take the family or friends.

  I’ve visited Wayback a few times in the past with no issue. However, on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 6:30pm, I attended and had the A.1 steakhouse burger. About an hour later I had stomach pain and was extraordinarily bloated. Around 11pm I started to projectile vomit heavily. My sibling, who is a nurse, noted that it contained no bile, pointing to food poisoning as my body refused to digest it. I went back on Friday, February 13, 2026 to warn them that there may have been a bad batch of meat or that a burger was accidentally undercooked (as another reviewer here mentioned happened to them). I had no intention of causing issues I honestly just wanted to let them know and assumed it was a one-off event since I’ve eaten there before without problems. However, the lady at the front quickly dismissed me, and I found myself explaining to three employees that I did, in fact, get food poisoning. They insisted the food is fresh and that it couldn’t be them, suggesting it must have been something else I ate. The only thing I had that day besides the burger was a muffin I’ve eaten daily for years. I go to the gym and am very conscious of what I put in my body. Despite explaining this, they continued to argue that they never undercook meat and that their meat is fresh, though they mentioned it’s brought in every two weeks, which suggests freezing and potential risk if not handled properly. After seeing a doctor today and having my food poisoning confirmed, I feel the need to warn others about this location. If you choose to dine here, please proceed with caution

  This place probably has the best service I’ve experienced in a long time! Sharan and Tisha made the experience for my daughter so magical by making her the “unicorn milkshake” ( the birthday cake one) I wish I could give it more then 5 stars 🖤 amazing food and even better staff!

  I have only eaten Wayback off skip the dishes and door dash but only by coming to this Wayback opened my eyes about this establishment.I came here for lunch with my parents and the moment we walked in the employee’s welcomed us to Wayback. My dad ordered us food almost immediately they showed up with my delicious double bacon burger and chocolate brownie milkshake with my parents Cajun and classic burger and what I admire is that some restaurants make there items on their menu look better than they actually are but at Wayback you get what you pay for oh and by the way I am 12 years old writing a review total score *****
