  Used to be my favourite burger place in the area, would always get the same thing. My wife ordered me a burger last night and when she got home(5 minutes from the restaurant) and I dug in, all I could taste was a chemically type after taste. I had two more bites to be sure it wasn’t me and it just kept getting worse. They had made the burger just before close and so I waited till today to call, the individual who answered stated that no managers/owners would be in today and I’d have to call back to have my concern heard. I think it’s absolutely insulting to the customer to make them call back again after already dealing with a disgusting food item. I’m not delusional and I’m sure the longer they make me wait, the more likely they’ll just brush me off and ignore this. I paid $25 for a crappy burger and soggy fries. You can also tell how little the employees care when you watch them cook the food, like they’d rather be anywhere else. Absolutely disgusted and will be driving to Freddy’s instead for a burger

  My wife and I dropped in for a burger and fries. The food was A+ and very tasty. The resteraunt is very clean and tidy, well looked after. The staff were friendly and accomadating. We will be back, Wayback!

  They make smash burgers meat is terribly unappealing that has no salt or flavoring in it whatsoever. Anyone can take a piece of ground beef and smash it onto a grill. Doesn't mean it's going to taste good. It's extremely bland. The lettuce, tomato bun. Everything else tasted fresh and nice, but the meat is kind of disgusting. If you're used to eating frozen burgers, then maybe this will be an upgrade. But if you're used of eating decent prayers like fat boys or something that has homemade flavor, then these are not for you. They're fries. We're just frozen french fries. Nothing special. I have to mention service was good except they would yell. We welcome to Wayback burgers every time you come in. buzzers are ringing, music was playing louder than it needed to background. And this stop was yelling out names for orders. If you like the commotion it's great. Definitely wasn't for me. The prices were fairly reasonable but all in all I won't be back

  Tried the classic burger today (opening day). Best burger I have had in a very long time!

  Yall we drove up with our bus full of ringette kiddos with coupons from our tournament with no idea that another team had just walked through the door as well. There were only two people working and they had to call in another person but damn did they have a good attitude, did they crank out good food as quickly as possible, and the lady on register with the fabulous eyelashes was patient as hell with our kiddos. Kudos to your staff!
