    It's very good for mall food, people's expectations are way too high, the chefs make the food with focus and care, I got the stir fry with vegetables and ginger, no protein and it was delightful. All the vegetables were flavorful, the ginger sauce was great, and the rice was rice.

    It happened from 11:50 when I have arrived to the store.This is pick up from an online order. I've waited for more than 40min knowing that the 2 men and 1 lady refused to processed the order noticing that I am annoyed.. The thing is they are busy and doing or processing first the walkin customers which is I am ahead of them. Online orders are also customers that needs to be prioritized. Until the order was canceled.. What a frustrating and disappointing reactions of the cooks, shouting at me, "leave !!!" when I asked them If they are still doing my order.. This should need attention by the manager. Please investigate your cooks. It was happened around 11:50 to 12:40pm, Sep.30, 2025

    By far the worst I have ever eaten at Thai Express! $16.45 for a dish I can’t even eat. Can’t waste more in gas money driving all the way back for them to do nothing. It is supposed to be chicken pineapple fried rice. There isn’t even two pieces of chicken combined like their posted picture. And the chicken is super dry and shredded so small. It tastes and smells so badly of FISH, they clearly are not washing their dishes. My daughter could smell it across the room. The tiny drop of egg in it is burnt. Not one green onion in it. The only two tomatoes are grossly soggy. The 6 pieces of pineapple are tasteless and white. I’m so disappointed because this was a treat for us. I’ve been to other Thai express and it’s never been even close to that bad. They clearly have not been trained to cook Thai. Never go here. 09/24 @2:30. And spare me the same reply of contact a website to explain more. It’s all in this statement.
