The young guy at cash seemed to be new and was being mistreated by them.I asked him that how much time will it take for my order he went back at kitchen i was seeing him he asked and the lady working behind didn’t answer him and made a rude face. And finally after 40 mins i got the order. Not complaining about the order but i didn’t like the mistreatment of a young man. These old ladies make it a big deal if someone is new dont scare em up and mistreat your employess in front of customers

- RHR HinceOct 22, 20251.0The server at the drive-thru handed me my drink by tipping it into my car, but hadn't been paying attention when affixing the lid, so the beverage spilled into my car, into my hair, onto my clothes and all over the dashboard. He barely reacted to help until his manager stepped in with cleaning supplies. We asked for our meal to be remade so it could be fresh since it took a while to clean the vehicle, but the server got annoyed, shoved the food and beverage into my hands and demanded the cleaning supplies back. We returned our cold and inedible food and left empty handed, other than a car full of sticky drink. The manager didn't offer us a refund, or to comp the meal, or make it right in any way, despite the fact that we now need to take our vehicle to the car wash and get interior shampooed. Worst drive-thru experience of my life, hands down.
