Instead of being attentive or helpful, she was sitting in the back on her phone and appeared completely disengaged. This came across as unprofessional and made it feel like customers were not a priority. Customer service should involve being present and attentive, but that was not the case here. The lack of professionalism negatively impacted the overall experience, and I hope management addresses this going forward.
