I order a rice bowl for pick up through their subway app about an hour ago as I was at work and had to pick it up in my break which is for limited time. When I arrived at the location, the store rep was so surprised when I asked for my order as they were not at all aware about it. Then upon checking with the other rep, they started making my order when I was there which took almost 15 minutes and took all of my lunch time. I was so disappointed as i could not have my food in my break. Later when I had it, I noticed they didn’t even add the toppings that I requested, instead added toppings on their own. For instance, I requested cucumbers which weren’t there and instead there were corns in it which I don’t like at all. The manager should look into their staff and what’s being done seriously as this was the worst experience!!
