- JEJack EstabrooksJan 10, 20261.0Worst experience I've ever had at a subway. First, no music at all inside the store, just awkward silence. He never said hello, no greetings at all, just quiet. He took his sweet old time to make me and my girlfriend our three subs. The kicker was when we went to purchase our subs, we had a deal of buy two foot longs, get the third free. We explained that we wanted to do this, he just said yes. We then scanned what we thought was the bar code for our suns, but it ended up just being the barcode to scan our points. He processed the payment and never thought too mention, "sorry that was just your points, did you want to scan for the the deal as well". We asked him to re do it and he said it's already done. We don't need people like this to work customer service. They have no people skills.

She had approximately 9 customers waiting to be served while doing the best she could and still had a smile on her face. She was quick and still handling food with care. Thank you Arpita for being kind and doing a great job!

They looked really upset when I tried to tip.... do not tip at this store unless directly to the staff working.
