    Went for a snackwich. They were out of bread so I ordered a steak and cheese bowl since I had a coupon. She asked me veggies or rice? I said veggies. When I got to the register I was informed that my coupon that said “any bowl” didn’t apply to my veggie bowl because it was a “salad” now and not a bowl. Also not what I ordered, technically. Also the steak and cheese bowl”salad” had no cheese. Missing cheese isn’t anything new here. The menu items that say “double cheese” are not I don’t mind paying for what I order, but I hate being tricked and ripped off.

    It was 4th time today I went home without food from this store. I work till late hours and every time I come here it’s always one of these reasons : 1. We are out of Italian bread , 2. Our toaster is not working 3. Our system is down I can’t take your order. What is the point of store being open 24 hours if I can’t get service late at night? Like come on, why is the system always updating? Why can’t I get a sandwich and pay for it as a stand alone payment? Never coming back here and that’s what I’ll suggest to everyone.

    I was with a group of people excited to enjoy a wonderful succulent subway, when all of a sudden a worker blurted out that we were banned from the restaurant even though none of us had ever caused a problem, and we long standing patrons of the food chain. I am extremely disappointed by the obvious discrimination, as we were all in traditional attires, and are hoping Subway will take serious action against this malignant culture that is obviously being cultivated at this particular Subway location. To be more specific, as we have had a positive experience with other workers, it was a lady without glasses who usually works there who offended and discriminated against us.

    Whoever made my subway to today deserves to be fired.Immediately, I called, and I told him I was pregnant.Please make sure that there's heavy vegetables.They did not do anything I had asked.I don't know if they how to stroke? Because that's the only way possible that it would make sense for somebody to give me that much of a shitty sub

    I had a pickup order through Uber Eats scheduled for 3:50 AM. The order was delayed and finally pushed around 4:15–4:18 AM. At 4:07 AM, I politely asked how much longer it would take, and the staff member honestly said about 5 minutes, which was completely fine with me. However, another staff member (female) started staring in a very uncomfortable way for no reason. I did not argue, complain, or rush them. I even said it was okay since they had other orders. Still, the negative attitude and uncomfortable behavior made the experience unpleasant. Delays can happen, that’s understandable, but respectful and professional behavior matters. This experience felt unnecessarily negative.
