She ended up missing her lunch break. It is hard to cancell, to refund, and I'm still trying. None of the food providers seem to be able to refund the client. I just want my money back. It's frustrating and very disappointing. Subway attendant says they are not responsible for what happens after the food is given to the delivery drivers.
