I am writing this review with genuine disappointment and frustration. The way I have been treated by Rajni at this Subway location has been upsetting enough that I feel management must step in immediately.
Her behavior toward me has been consistently rude, cold, and dismissive. The tone she uses is harsh and unwelcoming, and it makes customers feel like they are a burden rather than valued guests. On my recent visit, she spoke to me in such a disrespectful manner that I left the store feeling embarrassed and genuinely hurt. I came in simply to order food — I did not deserve to be spoken to with attitude or irritation.
What made the situation even more frustrating was her refusal to add ingredients that were clearly available in stock. I verified this by placing an online order from the exact same location, and those ingredients were available without any issue. Being told “no” in person, in such an unpleasant tone, felt unfair and almost intentional.
This is not an isolated incident. This behavior has been repeated on multiple occasions. It has reached a point where walking into this location causes stress rather than comfort. No customer should have to mentally prepare themselves to be treated poorly while ordering a sandwich.
To management: this is not about a small misunderstanding. This is about a pattern of unprofessional conduct that is damaging your business and pushing loyal customers away. Respectful communication and basic courtesy are not optional in customer service — they are essential.
I strongly urge management to address this matter seriously and take appropriate action. Customers should never leave feeling disrespected, upset, or unwelcome. I truly hope steps are taken so that no one else has to experience what I have experienced. It happened couple of days ago with me maybe Monday or so

I visited around 1pm today nd there was one customer ahead of me who ordered 3 sandwiches and I almost thought of leaving because I didn’t have much time. But Aman was super fast. It was quick service and my sub was delicious.

harjot at subway 49-51 goulet st what extremely helpfully, she took the extra mile to help me figure you my decision in sandwiches which stood out in a 10/10 performance with extraordinary customer experience caring about what i’d bought for myself and my friends. harjot deserves a huge promotion i would only trust her with making my subways sandwiches.the way she cares stood out in a different way and memorable way that my friends and i will never forget about. truly a women of dedication to her creative craft.

I m very happy with my visit to this Subway location…The employee aman was welcoming,polite nd very attentive while taking my order…My sandwich was prepared exactly the way I wanted. The store was clean which made my experience even better. Overall it was a pleasant visit and I would definitely recommend this Subway to others.I’ll be coming back again !!
