Really bad Service on Saturday Sept 27th around 9:20, walked in at 9:20 there was 3 people in line, the girl at the counter was only taking one order at a time despite potato rings in the oven for a minute she stood there and didn't help the next customer... When it was finally my turn I ordered for both me and partner and at the end I asked for their flatbread brisket to be grilled. She questioned me and said, "do you mean pressed?" Does it really matter lady? She then looked at the sub, then back at the "press" then back at me and said "oh the press is uh- broken- it uh- the uh- top part isn't working" I said "oh it's not working? " Clearly not buying the fact that it totally was working cause it's on and running (indicated by the red light that said on and the one that says "ready" . She responded "no sorry" look I don't care your job is to make the sandwich the way I ask. If someone wants it grilled and you decline because you just don't want to clean up after? That's a bit silly.
Speaking of clean she didn't wipe or clean any of her tools or switch gloves between orders.
She didn't cut our sandwiches properly so half our stuff spewed out the middle when we got home.... Is she new? She needs to be let go or needs more training on how to do her job properly. We Love this subway it's close to home. But will consider elsewhere for the future. Thanks random girl on Saturday September 27th at 9:20pm.. we ended up walking out of there at 9:45pm... Longest and most ridiculous subway session to date.
Also is there a button on your machine to make it a meal? Cause I saw her punch in every single item we got individually.. that's not cheaper nor "making it a meal" it's just adding more items to an order. Also our food was ice cold... She didn't heat up our meat either? So the meat was warmed for the amount of time the bread was in there which isn't long.

Extremely Frustrating Visit, Poor Communication & Basic Standards Missed
I went in wanting a Meatballer, the sub with meatballs, pepperoni, and fresh mozzarella.
I specifically asked, “Do you guys still make the Meatballer?” and was told yes. So I ordered it.
Then I watched her make me a plain meatball marinara and ask what kind of cheese I wanted. I said, “Doesn’t the Meatballer come with fresh mozzarella?” Only then was I told, “We don’t make the Meatballer anymore,” and “We don’t have fresh mozzarella.” So why say yes when I asked?
From there it just kept going downhill. I asked what kinds of cheese they had and was told: “white cheese, yellow cheese, and spicy cheese.” I asked again what kind of cheese, hoping for actual names, and was just told “white and yellow” again. So I picked “white,” having no clue what that even was. Had I known they don’t make the Meatballer anymore, I wouldn’t have even ordered a meatball sub.
I also had to ask twice to have it toasted. I had to tell her twice that I didn’t want a meal. Then I had to ask for a bag, and even then — no napkins were given.
The language barrier and lack of product knowledge made this entire visit frustrating from start to finish. Basics were missed, I left annoyed, and I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
