  Worker dropped the salt and pepper shaker into the middle of my sandwich, making a big mess, laughed about it to her coworker, closed up the sandwich and served it to me. Gross.

  Got a Sub from here that had their Salami in it. I didn't notice till more than half way through the sub that the Salami went bad. It was tough to chew and was grey. Really hope I don't get sick... Another thing, I used to work at subway long ago as a manager and no way did we ever have the veggies sliced as this as they are here. I get for cutting costs to make up for where your losing profit. BUT nobody wants sliver like green peppers and cucumbers. As well the bread was made horrible. Next to nothing for seasoning or cheese on the herb and cheese bread. I'm scared to know what the meatballs are like and how long they keep the same cambro on the line for... Bottom line this location needs to do better. You have so much foot traffic coming through. It's disrespectful when you serve food like this to people who just want a subway sandwich. I get there's other locations close by.. but after getting this it makes me wonder if all of these are ran the same way, and as bad in quality. If you want a GOOD sub from subway. Go else where other than downtown

  I had my sandwich at this location for the first time. JIN was the employee who made my order. She was by herself and had few clients in line. She took my order with a smile. While making my sandwich, she made it perfectly as shown in the menu. The food was hot and fresh. Because of the friendly customer service(by employees like JIN), I will be coming to this subway all the time!!!
