Because it was a mobile order and I refused to tip in advance, nevermind that subway is NOT a tip-able job. There is a requirement make the sandwich, period. We added a chocolate milk after the fact and the prompt wanted a 20% tip for us to take our own chocolate milk from the cooler? Tipping is out of control and needs to be removed if your employees are going to tank your franchise because they refuse to do the basic requirements of the job.
