One of the newer employees, Yvy, has made my visits increasingly unpleasant. Her disrespectful attitude, unfriendly demeanor, and the way she looks at and treats customers is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It’s genuinely disappointing to see someone like that representing this brand and working at this restaurant. Now, every time I walk in, I find myself hoping she won’t be the one taking my order. It’s unfortunate that such poor customer service is being tolerated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
