I was here yesterday and was floored at the brown lettuce they were using to prepare the other Individuals subs ahead of me. It wasn't just brown, some pieces of lettuce were actually soggy/rotten in appearance.
I told the girl making my sub that she needed to put fresh lettuce on mine so she proceeded to grab a tub from the fridge.
I took my sub home, took a bite and the bread was totally dry and hard.
Honestly, if they prepare their food items like this it makes me concerned for other food borne illnesses you could potentially contract from this location.
Absolutely will not eat here again. Yuck!

The lettuce was very bad so we didn’t get any and I think they should really put fresh lettuce. It looked like it hadn’t been swapped out for fresh stuff in a while. This should get reported as that isn’t healthy or safe.
If someone who was a child or a person with a disability where the didn’t know what fresh/good lettuce looked like would end up getting it and eating it and that wouldn’t be good.
I’m not going to this location ever again and I’m telling my sibling to stop too for safety reasons I don’t trust if.

I bought a sandwich on January 15, 2026, around 5:00 AM, and it was very different from the photo on display. This isn't the first time I've had very poor service from the Indian guy. It feels like he decides the size of the sandwich himself, and each time it gets smaller and smaller.

WILL NOT RETURN!
The Indian “gentleman” that works at this location is miserable and should not be permitted to work with the public. The way he spoke to my wife and daughter today (December 6, 2025) between 2 and 230 pm is appalling. He questioned my wife’s parenting skills, was condescending when she asked questions, and became visibly angry when my wife refused to pay for the order she didn’t place. He was impatient with my daughter who is still at the age of learning to order for herself and was making assumptions about what she was saying. Later he complained to my wife that they had already needed to bake two fresh batches of bread. Maybe someone at corporate should remind him how payroll is financed.
