On his phone when I came to the register evening of Sept 20th and didn’t ask for my phone number or card until I had to bring it up. He really didn’t speak at all. That’s the kind of front end staff you have working there. He should be a stock member until he gets those skills. Why are you letting staff have their phones on them. Not a good look for the store. I’m sure the staff can live out without their phones until break
