Closing early!” Every single time. How every time I go there is she “closing early” why is she closing early so often? So bizarre. That was my main reason for reviewing but since I’m already here the prices are disgusting and the cashiers are barely functional.

Over the months, they have noticeably increased the prices of their produce (fruits, vegetables, and meats) while the quality has gone downhill. Their prices are almost on par with those of specialty shops. Today, it was even worse; many empty or almost empty fruit and vegetable shelves, and whatever was left was old and about to expire. I don't think I saw such a scene even during the COVID pandemic. I used to like this place, but not anymore. It's disappointing when businesses don't keep the same level of service quality they started with.

The representative helping me struggled to communicate in English, which made it extremely difficult to resolve my issue. Clear communication is essential, especially for a customer service position. I strongly recommend that the store ensure staff in these roles are able to speak and understand English well enough to assist customers effectively. This experience was disappointing and far below the standard I expect from this store. I will never visit this location again.
