There's alot they don't have , common things like chicken breast with bone in ( which is cheaper than boneless),not much in frozen either for selection wise. Great deals though I just wish there was more to choose from.

I stood at the meat counter for 5 minutes, no one was there or came out. I then asked customer service to send someone over there, I then stood and waited for another 5 minutes while no one came, really hard to buy anything when you can’t physically acquire it

THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!! EDIT: Despicable management. They will not live up to the RCC they are a member of. When I returned for them to fix it, they argued that it didn't apply because their system screwed it up, and it was not a wrong price scan. Weather your systems messed it up because of a bug or a wrong price, I still have to give up my time and my gas to get it fixed. Weasels. How often do you have to overcharge people before it is theft. ORIGINAL: I have made the mistake of returning to this store yesterday. I stopped shopping at this SOF location about a year and a half ago for my own mental health. The issue was and still seems to be price accuracy. I'll go back to the last issue because it shows what the problem is. The cycle begins with buying something, in my case, 3 cans of McCafé coffee. Regular price was $26.99 and the shelf tag said it was on for $18.99, so yes, it was a while ago. I purchased these along with some other items and I was on my way. When I get home, I find that I was over-charged by $24 on a bill less that $100. So back to SOF I go. It turns out the sale was over but the tags were still there. This was far from an isolated incident. This was rampant. One standout was the pepperoni incident. There was a vendor sign with a quantity reduction (buy 2 for $9.99 each, buy 3 for $7.99). Their systems had the correct price so they scanned 4 instead of the three I bought. That's 2 * 2 @ $9.99 or $39.96 for 3 packages. More than regular price. This should be easily fixed. I wanted my money back and to be charged the 3 * 7.99 minus the up to $10 ($9.99 in this case) that the Retail Council of Canada rules state. Somehow, the child working there decided that this doesn't count. I read the pricing statement from the RCC website. Doesn't apply to them, their policy is printed at each till. I pointed out that it had exactly the same text and was literally printed by RCC. So, 45 minutes to get the refund I was due. Now, for someone with general and social anxiety, this happening over and over again is an absolute nightmare. Only SOF could make it worse by cutting up my debit card that I left in their machine, two weeks before Christmas. They have to keep them locked up in a safe place for 30 days but those are rules so they don't apply to SOF. I will admit that they covered my $54 grocery bill at the time, but, after I paid for my new debit card, the first thing I did was pay them back their $54. So, today I craved Cranberry Lemon Scoones, I grabbed those, some eggs and found paper towel on sale reg $38.49 for $24.99. And off I go to pay. Yes, I was charged full price!!! They had to put the sale on hold and my card was removed when it was recalled. Yes, 100% that the card was scanned. The reason the sale had to be put on hold was that after I scanned my card from Google Pay, I accidently change the account and all my payment methods disappeared. I asked for him to put it on hold. Once I had Google Pay back, he had to call someone to help recall the sale, I paid and left. And now, when I call to speak to someone, this is a misunderstanding and is outside of the rules. Sigh. The bottom line is that I don't care why you over charged me. Just like SOF doesn't care about the anxiety these interactions cause. They are so nonchalant or down right defensive about this ongoing problem it hurts. Never once does anyone acknowledge that they have done this over and over again and it may affect my response. The believe that every time they do wrong, it is the first time and my response to continually being over charged is non-proportional to this belief. So, back to Sobeys. They haven't over charged me yet, but they did undercharge. I caught it and made sure I paid what was due. It's this kind blatant honesty that SOF doesn't like.
