  I’d like to recognize Arishnavie at the Kitchen counter at Save-On-Foods. I usually stop by for coffee, and she consistently provides outstanding service. She always acknowledges customers right away—even when she’s busy and handling multiple tasks. Her attentiveness and positive attitude really make a difference.

  I bought some deli meat. But not the large piece that was in front, the staff took a small piece from behind it. The meat didn't smell good and didn't taste fresh.

  Have been shopping here for the last 4 years and the customer service just keeps getting worse and worse . Before the cashiers would bag your groceries now they through a bag in front of you. Very very poor service .

  I went to the pharmacy and there was the rudest guy ever he refused to recommend any medications saying you need to see the doctor I went to shoppers pharmacy pleasant people they recommended the medication and helped me to find it over the counter. Bud if you don't to work stay home no need to be rude with people

  Store full of workers who do not know how to do their job. They change price matching rules daily and when you show them a flyer they grab your phone out of your hand without permission and treat you like your stealing and they integrate you like they are the FBI, Chris the manager makes you feel like a criminal for price matching and explaining to him how his conditions workers are all over the place on price matching policy. They be rate you and treat you horribly prices are so high not worth time or effort and how many times they have taken my phone to integrate the flyer and have dropped my phone without even asking to touch my phone. If price matching is this difficult then dont have your store price matching. Management and employees are terrible for your sanity and your money dont waste your gas or breath or time to come to a disgusting place of bussniess filled with rude unkind workers who think they are better than you. And by all the reviews not just my own you can see this place is filled with discrimination and racism towards customers especially if you are First Nations you are there top priority to follow. I am white Metis but look more white than anything but I still get followed even though ive always paid. Its just so disgusting these people it genuinely makes my blood boil on how disgusting humans beings can be to others. If you dont support discrimination dont come here but if you do then this is the place for you. And if you want to feel like what it would be to be a theif without actually NOT stealing come here they will just make you feel that way.
