Waiting time too long. Wastage of time. The girls have earphones on and they both were talking. I wait for more than 20 minutes. Very bad customer service. For sure, I will never place order on this location Again. It happened with me a couple of times. The manager should pay attention to their employees during the busy time. They should do work instead of talking on phones.

If I could leave a zero I would. Worst service ever.. order a pizza it was soggy in the middle and not cut how we wanted.. they remade it, went to pick it up.. it’s freezing in the place because they have the door propped open.. no one speaks English so they don’t understand that you’re requesting. It’s impossible to find a good pizza place anymore they are all horrible now including this one. Very disappointing

We picked up, service was quick, pizza had a thinner crust but was good. Nothing exciting but good.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews but I had such an infuriating experience on Friday. I placed an online order and pickup was between 5:36-5:46pm. I arrived at the location at 5:45pm and inquired about my order. The woman at the register said “it’s coming”. So I figured i’d go to Sobeys and do some shopping while I wait. I came back 15mins later (6pm) and waited at the register and not a single person acknowledged me. There were also multiple delivery service drivers waiting to pick-up orders. The same woman from before came to the front and started chatting with all the delivery folks while I’m still at the front of the line waiting to ask for an update on my order. She completely ignores me and continues to chat with the delivery men standing behind me in a different language. She laughing and chatting with them while I just stood there, clearly waiting. I asked multiple times “please can I have an update on my order” and she just looked right through me and continued talking to the others. After raising my voice and asking for the 4th time, she finally makes eye contact with me and tells me my order isn’t ready yet and turned away. I waited til 6:42pm (nearly an hour) until someone finally called out my order. Nobody said “sorry for the long wait” or “thank you for waiting”. They just left the pizzas on the counter and turned away. I ended up getting home after 7:00pm and missed all the trick-or-treaters who I bought candy for.
I had ample time to chat with other customer who told me they’ve had multiple negative experiences at this location. Some people were waiting even longer than me without any updates or estimates for when their order would be ready. I am so upset by the treatment I faced as a customer. I understand things get busy and stressful sometimes, but the lack of communication/updates, the blatant ignorance completely destroyed my experience. She clearly was favouring the people who spoke the same language as her, and ignored everyone else.
Never ordering from here again.

I ordered here a few times to be sure. I use to order from the one on peminba and grant but I moved closer to this one... well I got something for you the pizza is so over grased floppy and not even cheesy such low toppings and quality of care.. youll have drivers try and come into your house when delivering. Really unprofessional they dont know how to carry pizza bags or hand off the food. They'll show up pumping there hindu music like they are a 17 year old just getting his driver's. They'll be late never on time. Check your stickes on the boxes the drivers have been know to pick at your pizzas. Not really good management ethir because the staff are learning from em. Avoid this papa johns.
