  Paid $12 for a 2L of Mountain dew. They will try to cheat you. I ordered 4 of the 591ml bottles, they brought a 2L.

  Order via Uber Eats, they had a promotion of amount of order and I was to get “free garlic knots”, did not receive. My chicken wings were not cooked thoroughly and showing raw & bleeding, our pizza was majorly soggy & greasy. I called Papa Johns and lady took absolutely no responsibility and said I didn’t ask my winds to be cooked thoroughly and that I didn’t order garlic knots. I repeated my self 4 times as she kept an asking me what’s was wrong. The woman had a strong India accent and kept to misunderstand when I did my best to communicate with her in a clear manner. I then advised I would submit a review on her service and unacceptable food that was sent to our hotel.

  Waiting time too long. Wastage of time. The girls have earphones on and they both were talking. I wait for more than 20 minutes. Very bad customer service. For sure, I will never place order on this location Again. It happened with me a couple of times. The manager should pay attention to their employees during the busy time. They should do work instead of talking on phones.

  If I could leave a zero I would. Worst service ever.. order a pizza it was soggy in the middle and not cut how we wanted.. they remade it, went to pick it up.. it’s freezing in the place because they have the door propped open.. no one speaks English so they don’t understand that you’re requesting. It’s impossible to find a good pizza place anymore they are all horrible now including this one. Very disappointing

  We picked up, service was quick, pizza had a thinner crust but was good. Nothing exciting but good.
