    I put my order in and the eta for pickup was 25 minutes, I got there and waited about 15 mins. Wasn’t an issue with me but as I was leaving I asked for a drink- but they insisted I didn’t pay for it as the wait was an inconvenience.. great customer service and wonderful pizza as well

    Worst experience ever with Papa John’s. The customer service is absolutely terrible — the employees are rude and careless, and the manager is even worse. He has no idea how to talk to customers and acts like he’s doing you a favor by even responding. No respect, no professionalism, and no effort to fix their mistakes. I’ll never order from this location again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

    I called for a pick up order and the guy didn’t make the pizzas until I got there because “some people order and don’t pick up” so now I’m sitting here waiting for my food for 10 minutes…. The whole reason I called ahead.
