  "Disappointing experience at papa johns pizza at 675 weatherdon ave. The pizza arrived cold, and the sauce lacked flavor. Service was slow, and our server seemed unfriendly. Worst management ever to run this pizza joint. To improve, consider addressing food temperature and staff training. Hopefully, they'll take customer feedback seriously."

  The order taker at this location was unbelievably rude. They sounded irritated the entire time and even hung up on me once. When I finally placed my order, it was still made wrong. If you don’t want to deal with customers, maybe don’t answer the phone. Terrible experience.

  Papa John’s has really gone downhill when it comes to customer care. The employees act like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order, and the manager clearly has no idea how to handle customer concerns. Instead of listening or trying to fix a problem, they argue and show zero professionalism. It’s disappointing to see a well-known brand run so poorly. Definitely not a place that values its customers.

  If I wanted cold bread with random bits of cheese, I’d have made it myself. This pizza showed up late, sad, and flavorless — like it had already given up on life. The only thing hot about it was my disappointment. Never again.

  Very disappointed with the service at Papa John’s. The staff here clearly lack basic customer service skills, and the manager is even worse — completely unprofessional and doesn’t know how to handle customers respectfully. Instead of resolving issues, they make the experience more frustrating. I expected much better from such a big brand, but this location really needs serious management training and improvement in customer service. THIS IS REPLY TO YOUR REVIEW (MANAGER) : I honestly can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism I experienced at your store. First of all, how dare you assume I was an Uber driver? I came to pick up my own pizza, and the way you treated me was absolutely disrespectful and pathetic. It clearly shows you have zero idea how to deal with customers. Your attitude in person was unacceptable, and your reply to my review only proves that you completely lack basic professionalism or respect. I have no idea how someone with your behavior even got a manager position — you’re an embarrassment to the brand. Papa John’s seriously needs to review your actions before you destroy their reputation any further. And let’s talk about what you did afterward — sending me an Instagram request right after replying to my review. That’s not just unprofessional, that’s straight-up creepy and shows your disgusting level of immaturity. I have screenshots ready if anyone wants to see proof. So before you try to twist the story again, make sure you have solid evidence, because everything I’ve said is 100% true. Don’t underestimate me — I’ll back up every word with proof if needed.
