I called to ask them to rectify a to go order they messed up and he was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. Did not provide a solution and actually hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking. I strongly suggest to remove him as he’s clearly unhappy in this role and not suited.

Never ordering any catering from here, could’ve taken my $71 elsewhere to feed 4-6 people. Fair warning to anyone who thinks about ordering their trays.

The breadsticks are a classic must have, and the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks is a great lunch deal. There are a good amount of meatless options for any vegetarians in your group, and the italian dressing on the salad makes it better than any other old salad.

Paying $30 for endless soup and breadsticks along with a pasta and not being checked on once if I need more soup or breadsticks is crazy. I came here tonight hoping to have a good experience on a date with my partner (which we NEVER get to do without our kids) just to have the worst service ever. I won't be going back.

So when I asked our server Maddy about the soups if they had the allergen I was allergic too this is what I got " umm ya so I don't think they do, I am pretty sure" HELLO what? As a server she should have taken this so seriously. I was not impressed and asked for a manager to recheck what I ordered cuz having a ya I don't think so doesn't cut it. Maybe a little training on food allergens and what can happen is something Olive Garden should do with there staff.
