  Went for lunch on a Saturday. We were there for opening and only two other tables had people seated. There appeared to be 2 servers, but also saw others attending the tables. We ordered and appetizer came relatively quickly. The dip was unevenly heated up (?microwave) but otherwise was fine. I got one of the burgers, was a little disappointed as I expected more condiments/toppings on it. The meat was crunchy mostly on the edges and a little black, but the inside was cooked. Nothing spectacular about the burger. The whole time eating we were not asked about our meal nor asked if we wanted drink refills. I saw that a few more tables were being filled and it didn't seem as though staff were able to handle the number of tables, as I watched our server spend upwards of 5 minutes explaining the menu to a few people. Kind of the people's fault for not having a clue, but also Montana's fault for not being able to cover these situations. We shouldn't have been left waiting and it wasn't simply a few minutes, as we might have spent 20-25 minutes eating and then almost 15 minutes to get the bill. As I said, I don't really want to blame the server as customers shouldn't monopolize their time, however the server seemed inexperienced as well. Management should be providing them with better support which I see in many other restaurants.

  Way to slow to get food even though I understand it gets busy, had an order taken at 620pm, I wanted burnt ends and a burger… nearing 8pm and food still wasn’t out, I got told closer to 8 that they haven’t had any burnt ends left. Over priced, under portioned and food is subpar. Waited so long everything came out mediocre temp. Do Not recommend this place.

  The place was great, and food was delicious. My server, Steph, was really friendly and checked on me occasionally to see how I was doing. This is a great place to go for a solo date and just take yourself (or others) out for a nice meal. Plus, I got a free appetizer card! I’ll definitely be coming back :)

  Will start by saying my families food was ok. However my burger was over done, which would not have been an issue if our server had checked in. Once the food was dropped off by a different server, we had not seen our server for the rest of the meal. They did not provide condiments after we had asked for the. Our app was late (they did comp this, so I will give them that). We also had to wait for our bill; we were not able to find a single wait staff, host, bartender or manager for help. Was a very poor experience for us as a whole. Rather than ask what could have been done our server just came with the debt machine for us to pay, but did apologize for whatever had happened. Not sure we will be returning.

  Absolute worst experience ever at Montana’s , started upon arrival half the dining area was vacant we were told there’s a wait 10-15 to be seated ended up waiting for 30 minutes while more people arrived also getting told there was a wait to be seated meanwhile the dining area was nearly empty at this point . Finally getting a table , Server she was friendly and took order appetizers were the only thing that came that was actually cooked properly , when the main dishes came my wife’s corn bread was nearly frozen solid , her fry’s and meats were cold and gross , my steak was overcooked barely lukewarm and my fry’s cold . My wife had them take back her meal to only have them microwave it . I’d give 0 stars for this visit if I could the absolute lack in care from the kitchen , little tiny bugs flying around and the hostess not even able to seat people efficiently.
