    Stopped in for lunch today at the Regent location after doing some shopping. We sat in the lounge where our server, Candice quickly greeted us to take our drink order. Once our drinks arrived we placed our lunch order and within 15 min. we had our lunch. My husband had the Brisket Smash, which he loved. I had the Chicken Wrap with fries. The food came out hot and delicious. Candice was very attentive without hovering over us. She made sure our drinks were topped up when empty and our food was to our liking.

    great staff, great management, and even greater food. definitely top of my list on restaurants, the pot roast soup and the nachos are my go too! also we always have candice as a server, amazing service all the time!

    2 of us came for dinner and it was great! Tricia was our server and made a really good recommendation for my entree - it was delicious! Tricia was overall awesome - very attentive and couldn’t have asked for better service :) Highly recommend Montanas on Regent!

    Had dinner with my partner this evening, seated in the lounge area. Food was very tasty but the service was amazing! My partner found a piece of plastic wrapping (that we later figured out came from the cheese for his poutine), on his plate. I brought it up to the server when she came to check on us and she was very apologetic. Thankfully it wasn’t in his burger or anything. But she said she’d talk to the kitchen to make sure they are more careful. She ended up taking his meal off our bill! She was so sweet and I was super impressed by the customer service, we didn’t expect that so it was a very lovely surprise. Will for sure be back!

    Great atmosphere, but everything else sucks. The food was awful - fries had no seasoning and came cold, green beans had no seasoning and no butter, my steak was so overdone it couldn’t be eaten. Montanas used to be a great BBQ joint but has gone very down hill. Here’s a photo of my medium rare steak for you to feast your eyes on. I added Herb & Garlic Butter to the steak (which turned out to ABSOLUTELY NEED it, and maybe it would have been edible) but it never came on the plate. I would not have brought food to the table looking like this. Embarrassing for a well established BBQ joint. Would recommend you go anywhere else and hope you aren’t stuck with a bunch of gift cards like myself 🤣
