Great place for ribs! We really enjoyed them. However, the rest of the options we got not that much, and here is why; the wings sauce was too sweet to be a medium hot sauce (bufalo wing sauce), I like it but my husband didn't because of the expectation of "regular bufalo sauce" which was what we were told it was, other than that they were fine. What came really "bad" was the brisket, this came completely messy in our plate as you can see instead of nicely cut as is shown in the plate picture from the menu, also it was tasteless, flavorless. Brisket is one of those meats that are super soft and by itself a lot of taste, well this wasn't the case, it was like if all the flavors were washed away (disappointed). And the Ceasar's salad was okay, nothing bad or good.
Drinks were fine, we got beer. And the service was great, no complaints at all.
So, if you come to this place, see if you can try the brisket before order 😉.
We will come back and get more ribs! And try other entries. 😀

Today my husband and son with a friend an his son stopped in and was greeted with saying it's going to be a bit of a wait. Happy with that they inquiried about being able to sit in the bar and were told sure they could so they sat at the bar. 3 tenders busy looking at the floor an not one even looked up to inquire if they would like to order and All 3 disappearing,
Sitting there over 20 minutes without acknowledgement n pretty disappointed with service
They got up and left with disappointment

I always come to this location for all you can eat ribs and had great experiences. This time, I have no idea what happened to them. Food was served very slow and everyone was sitting there. Our waiter, COURT(or courl?)" She was very busy. She seemed very impatient with us, even a little angry? But she was much more friendly and considerate to the other two tables. Could it be because we are Asians? During this period, other two waiters seeing that no one was paying attention to us, came over to serve us twice. It's a pity that I don't know their names. Otherwise, I would have tipped them. My sweet potato fries had gone cold when they were served. After telling the waitress, she brought me another one. When we were checking out, still a lot fries left. We asked if we could take them away. It's fine on a regular basis. The previous waiter even asked us if we wanted to take it away (I don't know if this is in line with the rules, but it was done a few times before), but Court (courl) loudly emphasized that this was not allowed. Considering her previous performance, I even think she is targeting us. A very bad experience ruined our good mood for the holidays. This location is nice. The waiters I met before were all very warm and friendly. I hope everyone won't encounter a waiter like court

Lobster was laughable, joke-level size and preparedness, steak was passable but not a very good cut. Sides were meh, Caesar was actually pretty decent. 70$ including tip and taxes (laughable) lobster and steak with two drinks.

Had absolutely terrible service here today. We arrived at 3:45 with maybe half a dozen tables filled. Our server, Adriana, stopped by our table 4 times during our one hour and 15 min visit, two of which we had to flag her down for. We were served our food by another server, and had to go to the front to ask for boxes and the bill. Whenever Adriana did wait on our table, she didn't say anything. Just put our food on the table and walked away. She stopped at another table 4 times before she stopped at ours. Part of our order was wrong and had to be corrected, and also arrived cold.
We usually have good service here, but this was a very disappointing experience.
