  Dined in with my friend, I had the burger with a sweet potato as the side my drinks whilst my friend had the caesar salad a with both of us each getting Momma’s Lemonade as our drinks. Both her and I had never been there before so we didn’t know what to expect. Thankfully everything came out great with our drink and food recommendations being on point. Alaina gave top notch service and great recommendations. We’ll definitely be back!

  A 5-star experience: each time I visit, I’m consistently impressed by the level of service provided by Alyna! She is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and she goes above and beyond to ensure every dining experience is flawless. Whether it’s offering great suggestions, remembering my preferences, or making sure our table is always taken care of, Alyna makes the experience feel special. I truly believe she deserves all the recognition for her hard work!

  Had an amazing experience at Montannas! The Beef Nacho was absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned beef, generous toppings, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Definitely one of the best nachos I’ve had! Manager Eknoor was very professional and made sure everything was running smoothly. Our server Ethan was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the meal. Great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

  Suspected rasicm/mistreatment First time I went in a couple months ago a waiter was pushy because I ordered a lunch special meal and tried to push to order the full size meal. She didn’t punch in our appetizer orders as well. Seemed to wait on other tables more effectively. Food was ok onion rings were cold. Food tastes reheated not fresh. Second experience Waiter seemed to be side eyeing a lot , did not feel enthusiastic to be there in general. I didn’t feel comfortable in her presence as she was so unwelcoming. Second experience has me wondering it because my table was indigenous. Don’t work with the public if you plan to treat people different from others if this is not a race issue than this team seriously needs some attitude adjustments and team review of why your staff seem miserable Honestly I won’t be returning

  Ordered the Pitmaster's combo expecting smoky, hearty BBQ. What I received instead felt like a prank. The chicken wings were so tiny I genuinely wondered if they came from day-old chickens who never got a fair shot at life. The brisket? A pile of warm-ish fat with the vague memory of meat attached. The ribs were dry enough to qualify as kindling, and somehow, impressively, none of the meats were actually hot. Lukewarm BBQ is a hate crime. Service didn’t help. Our server checked on us exactly once and then disappeared for the rest of the night, seemingly devoted to a single table while we aged gracefully in our booth. Food took so long to come out that I had time to reflect on the choices I made that brought me here. Overall, this was one of those meals where you leave hungry, annoyed, and spiraling over how a BBQ restaurant can fail so completely at the one thing it exists to do.
