Had an awesome experience at Montana’s, and a huge part of that was our server Emery. From the moment we sat down, Emery was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Drinks were always topped up, food came out exactly right, and nothing felt rushed or forgotten. You can tell Emery actually cares about giving great service, not just going through the motions.
Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had here—give that server a raise! 👏🍽️

The staff accommodated to our needs. Due to a family matter, had to request a later arrival reservation for the same day. They've accommodated. This showcases great customer service. We've been food fans for years so this place never disappoints. Kudos! 👏

Went for Parent's Anniversary dinner after work. Surprisingly got a table (during prime time on a Fri) without waiting. Angel was a sweetheart and very tentative, making sure we were good and asking if we needed anything. We got the Pitmaster's Combo with chicken wings and four-cheese spinach dip to start. Everything was delicious! The only thing I would say is that it was quite louder than usual, but to be expected going into the weekend. This is the only Montana's location I go to and have never been disappointed.
Edit: P.S. Thank you for the free Skillet Cookie dessert, my parents loved it ♡ that was very thoughtful and kind!

I came to this location last night with my family. We were a party of 7 adults and 1 kid. We had to wait 40 minutes for a table when our table that we got sat at was open for at least 10 mins. Once we sat down it took about 20 minutes for them to come over to ask if we wanted drinks. Then we ordered our food and our drinks at the same time. Weirdly our drinks hadn’t even come out before one of our person‘s appetizers the drinks looked like they had sat for a while as we had frozen drinks that were pretty melted. Our food took about 45 minutes to an hour to come out and once it did end up coming out, fries were cold. All they did to help us was give us two free desserts, pretty disappointing. The tables around us were also complaining and waited a while for service too. A 6 o’clock dinner had us there until 9pm…

Disappointed. It was my first time here and i was disappointed, the moment i got my order, the fries was already soggy. The ribs was so hard i couldn’t cut it with the knife, i had to ask our server to get me a new one. Service was quick but the food was not it. Or maybe i got unlucky with my order. Came here for our friend’s birthday, everything else was okay.
