I recently just went through the drive thru, I only ordered 3 things a medium root beer, a cheese burger and a small triple triple.
They only got one item correct which was the coffee. The lady was unreasonably rude and said “I can’t understand you” even though I was born and raised in Canada with zero accent and spoke very clearly. So clear in fact she REPEATED my med root beer order.
Then she proceed to say she couldn’t understand me. But obviously that wasn’t the case since she repeated that one order of a medium root beer. When I had called her out on it, her story changed to “sorry it was busy and I forgot” maybe the store inside was busy but there were no less than 3 cars behind me. If you’re going to lie and be rude at least stick to one story and don’t blame the customer. If you’re that incompetent of taking 3 simple small orders maybe you shouldn’t be working somewhere that you need to speak to customers all day.

Very poor customer service experience. We were in the drive-thru placing our order, and after mentioning just the first item, the staff member interrupted and told us to move to the last window in a very rude tone without letting us complete the rest of the order.
When we politely mentioned that she should have listened to the full order, she responded rudely and said, “If you want to order, you can. Otherwise, you can leave,” and also stated she was not free to argue.
What made this even more disappointing was that she identified herself as the manager. It is surprising that someone in a management position would behave this way toward customers.
To make matters worse, when we reached the window, it was not opened for almost half an hour. The delay and the attitude we experienced were completely unacceptable.
This behavior is unprofessional and not what customers expect. Basic courtesy, patience, and leadership should be part of good customer service—especially from a manager.

Lifting for "health" is boring. Lifting because you want to make everyone who overlooked you regret it? That’s Rigor.Popped in for lunch. The dining area was clean and the staff were keeping on top of the tables. Food came out exactly as ordered and didn't take long. One of the better-managed locations in the city
