  What a disappointment the first day I went ordered 2 egg mcmuffin meals they gave me 1 egg mcmuffin meal and 1 sausage meal couldn't go back was at work so I figured let's see how many times they can screw up orders 2 days later went back ordered 2 dbl cheese burgers and fries through the drive through they asked me to park because they were making fresh patties she brought order out she goes back in before I leave I check in the bag they have Givin me a cheeseburger and fries I get out of my car and go in and tell them the reason I go through the drive through is so I don't have to go in give her the bag and the receipt and she I thought corrected the order leave and it's 2 cheeseburgers and fries which I ordered 2 dbl cheese burgers 2 days later go and order big Mac meal and 2 cheese burgers fries were half full and one cheeseburger had one pickle on it and the other was plain and the patties were black on one side and they looked like they had been sitting for a long time what do they say 3 strikes your out fast food restaurants are such a disappointment wanted to give no stars but it wouldn't let me post without giving a star

  Okay again I don't really take time out of my day to make a review but feel I have to for this location, since I live fairly close to this McDonald's and unfortunately it's mediocre. The service has gotten way below ever since it hit 2020 and up. When I mean below I mean when there's literally no cars at the drive-thru and only myself in the line why the hell does it take 15-20 min to make a 4x4 coffee and grab a muffin?! On top of that they didn't even stir the damn cup! How do I know because first sip tasted bland. At the bottom of the cup was all that sugar. The main reason for this review was because I was here both in the morning and in the evening and service was still the same on both shifts. Waited and coffee still didn't get stirred.

  They ran out of mcgriddle sandwiches and I explained to the young gentleman that I came only for that.He was kind enough to get some more and make them. He was a great young kid and deserves the recognition with the poor customer service in 2026. His name is Adrian.

  It's very dirty, there isn't a single clean table, even though the restaurant is empty. The staff is rude. I've been here several times. I thought maybe I was on a bad shift; the food seemed to have gone bad inside. I walk in and lose my appetite; everything takes a very long time, probably 40 minutes. The staff member from India is rude.
