There is no work efficiency at all. You have to wait to pay cash. The cashier would rather stand there and wait for 4 and coffee orders than wait for food while paying. All I hear is "Please wait a moment". I don't know if this is the working system of McDonald's.
Self-service payment is always generating orders, while cash payers have to wait for the idle period of self-service ordering before they can be served! Does McDonald's discriminate against cash customers?

The Indian Girl Manager is so Rude i order happy meal for my kids and one of her staff forgot to put chicken nuggets.. when i talk to manager.. the manager say not her fault and next time I’ll check the food.. you guys always check the order.. this Manager so rude .. never back again this area.
